Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
